San Marco is a Dress Code School. We appreciate your support in encouraging your child(ren) to be in full dress code while at school. The SDC is a code and not a uniform. It is a choice of designated colours and styles that can be purchased at any cost. Please note, the SDC does not apply to footwear, outerwear and gym apparel. The components of our dress code are as follows:
Bottoms: Dark bottoms to include black, navy blue or grey, solid colours only, any brand logo to be smaller than a dollar coin (“Loonie”). Includes: pants, athletic pants (Adidas white stripes acceptable), yoga pants, cargo pants, walking shorts, capri pants, skorts. No jeans/demin.
Tops: to include white, navy, grey, maroon. Solid colours only. Any brand logo to be smaller than a dollar coin (“Loonie”). Includes: shirts, blouses, t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, golf shirts, turtle necks, sweaters, sweater vests, cardigans, pullovers, sweatshirt and hoodies.
Dresses: to include white, navy, grey, maroon. Solid colours only. Any brand logo to be smaller than a dollar coin (“Loonie”). Includes polo dress, uniform jumpers.
Spirit Wear: In addition to the items listed above, Spirit Wear with “San Marco Lions” will be part of the SDC.
