Good evening Parents/Guardians,
Please note the following reminders regarding Inclement Weather:
- Our Hot Lunch provider has confirmed that they will deliver hot lunch tomorrow in the event of inclement weather.
- Please remember to call the SAFE ARRIVALl line if your child will be absent, even if they are absent due to inclement weather. It is very important that ALL student absences are called into the system.
- As always, in the event of inclement weather, all students will enter the school through the front doors of the school building in the morning. If at the end of the school day, it is deemed unsafe to exit the school building through the regular doors at the back of the school, students in grades 1 to 8 will exit through the front doors of the school, beginning with the youngest (Grade 1) as we did during the last inclement weather day. JK and SK students will exit through their regular doors unless otherwise communicated. A reminder that no vehicles are to enter the parking lot at the end of the day.
- Please remember that if school buses are cancelled in the morning, they will also be cancelled in the evening.
