Holy Land School Fundraiser on March 13th – Civvies Day
Dear Families of San Marco CES,
As part of our Lenten observances, I am proud to share that our school will participate in a board-wide fundraising initiative to support Christian schools in the Holy Land. On March 13th, students are asked to donate a toonie in exchange for an additional civvies day.

YCDSB Placed Under Supervision by Minister of Education
On Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Minister of Education placed the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) under supervision. While under supervision, all decisions that would normally be made by trustees, with the exception of denominational matters, will now be made by the appointed Supervisor, Carrie Kormos.
